Manufacturing Lead

Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Manufacturing Team Leader to oversee our production team and ensure efficient operations within our manufacturing facility. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a commitment to quality, and the ability to motivate team members to achieve production goals. This role is critical in maintaining high standards of safety, productivity, and quality while fostering a positive work environment.

Must be available to train on dayshift 7am-3:10 pm then move to second shift 3pm-11:10 pm.

Duties

• Lead and manage a team of production workers to ensure daily operational goals are met.
• Monitor production processes to maintain quality standards and optimize efficiency.
• Provide training and support to team members on equipment operation and safety protocols.
• Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to team members.
• Collaborate with other departments such as Quality Assurance, Maintenance, and Supply Chain to ensure seamless operations.
• Implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and reduce waste.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies within the manufacturing environment.
• Maintain accurate records of production metrics and report on performance outcomes.

Experience

• Proven experience in a manufacturing environment, with previous leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
• Must be Bilingual English/Spanish
• Must have previous Manufacturing experience
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, equipment, and safety standards.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to motivate and lead a diverse team.
• Problem-solving skills with a focus on continuous improvement methodologies.
• Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing principles is a plus.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities effectively.

Pay: $17.00 - $18.00 per hour
