We are looking for an OnSite Manager in Del Valle, TX. The OnSite Manager will be based at our Clients distribution center and will oversee all facets of our Staffing Program for this key customer.
OnSite Manager Job Summary
An OnSite Program Manager acts as an extension of the client's HR function and direct representative of our firm, managing all aspects of client contingent workforce, to include business relationship development, recruitment, selection, and management of the contingent employees.
Must be able to accommodate a 6 : 30 am start time
OnSite Manager Job Responsibilities :
- Manage and improve operational practices and quality assurance programs
- Implement and enforce Safety Program
- Track and forecast operational trends and analysis
- Provide daily operations oversight for outside teams
- Formalize policies and procedures in accordance to HR regulations
- KPI Reporting to Leadership and Client
- Promote a company culture that encourages morale and performance
- Manage 2-3 Direct reports, Supervising, hiring and training other employees
- Build and maintain strategic partnership with the client through developing an extensive and detailed understanding of the client's business, strategic direction, processes, and policies and best practices.
- Maintain close contact with the key principles at the account to ensure highest level of client satisfaction possible.
- Build and maintain a talent pipeline that aligns with the client's needs and output requirement.
- Fill orders for temporary, contingent or temp to perm employees.
- Consistent execution of recruiting plan to ensure the right quantity and quality of talent at all times.
- Screen and select candidates according to client specific job profiles and workforce forecasts.
- Comply with all operational standards and employment laws and regulations.
- Have the ability and knowledge to make the best match for the client and the talent.
- Participate in production meetings to understand needs of client.
- Conduct weekly meetings with lead supervisors / recruiters to share clients needs and plan strategy.
- Check-in new temporary employees.
- Take temporary employee call-offs and coordinate replacements.
- Orientation of all temporary employees to clients procedures, safety requirements, systems and work environment as well as policies and procedures.
- Maintain records and process timesheets and forward to payroll department for all temporary employees.
- Address and resolve any concerns or billing discrepancies.
- Develop / maintain quality standards for temporary employees.
- Coach / counsel temporary employees, evaluate their performance, conduct performance reviews as required and terminate employees as appropriate.
- Develop reports / questionnaires to determine the quality of service.
- Prepare weekly, monthly and annual headcount and attrition reports.
- Maintains all support functions for field employees at client site, including but not limited to timekeeping system, payroll and attendance reports, invoicing, productivity reports, field employee orientations and performance evaluations, and exit interviews.
- Makes frequent rounds of the facility to engage with employees and manages, ensure cleanliness, safety, and environmental compliance.
- Fosters and works within an environment of teamwork and cooperation and a culture of workplace safety.
- Facilitates the initial treatment and reporting of workers compensation incidents at the site.
- Participates in scheduled service reviews at client site.
- Attends and participates in internal training programs when offered.
- Other duties as assigned.
