We are looking for experienced Aluminum Die Cast Operators to manage and operate 400-ton die casting machines. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with die casting operations and a deep understanding of machine setup, maintenance, and troubleshooting. This role requires a detail-oriented individual who can ensure the production of high-quality parts in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Operate 400-ton aluminum die casting machines to produce parts according to specifications.
- Set up, monitor, and adjust machine parameters to maintain optimal performance.
- Conduct regular maintenance and troubleshooting to ensure machines are running efficiently.
- Inspect and measure cast parts to ensure they meet quality standards.
- Make adjustments to die casting tools as necessary to maintain precision.
- Work closely with the quality control team to ensure all products meet customer specifications.
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Perform any other duties as assigned by management.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in operating aluminum die casting machines, particularly 400-ton machines.
- Strong understanding of die casting processes, tooling, and machine setup.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve mechanical issues in a timely manner.
- Familiarity with safety procedures in a manufacturing environment.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to maintain high-quality standards.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
- Prior experience in a fast-paced manufacturing environment is preferred.
