Job Summary
As a Senior Enterprise Software Engineer, you will help build the application and services layer for our cloud-native warehouse execution system.
As a team member in our Enterprise Software Department, you will collaborate with engineers from the Enterprise Software team and other teams to clarify requirements, define implementation plans and develop solutions based on those requirements.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Help design and implement the frameworks, interfaces, events, services, and business logic of our Enterprise Software Platform
- Design and implement a deployment strategy for services using Docker, Kubernetes, and Server-less technologies
- Collaborate with software architects and system engineers to develop epics and tasking for implementation
- Infrastructure and tools development
- Work in Python and Typescript
- Ability to be flexible and adaptable in a startup environment

Qualifications
Minimum Experience Requirements:
- 5 years of experience designing and implementing software
- Experience working with large-scale distributed software systems, REST APIs, asynchronous messaging and Cloud Native technologies
- Fluent in one or more object-oriented programming languages (python, C , java, etc.)
- Experience with Database technologies (PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, etc.)
- An understanding of containerization, Docker, Kubernetes
Preferred Experience Requirements:
- Experience with public cloud providers (GCP, AWS, Azure)
- Software configuration management systems (git, bitbucket, Jenkins, etc.)
- Serverless technologies (Cloud Functions, Cloud Run, AWS Lambda)
- Experience in React
- FastAPI, Flask or other REST frameworks
- Commercial software deployment and support
- Warehouse management software
- Kubernetes
- Networking
Minimum Education Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or a related field
