What are the responsibilities and job description for the Senior Solution Analysts position at Onward Robotics?
Onward Robotics™ (Pittsburgh, PA) to be responsible for supporting clients in operation with AMR solutions; creating custom dashboards to capture key performance metrics and indicators; working with raw data logs from various robotics and software platforms and interpreting them to correctly represent the performance of the system; interpreting complex raw operational datasets and conducting exploratory and multivariate analyses; developing robust predictive statistical models to simulate the results of proprietary robotic solutions specific to each customer; supporting ongoing operational optimizations; extracting valuable insights, trends, and patterns from raw robot data logs and visualizing the results to drive decisions; leveraging programming languages and FlexSim to define the entities and processes, parameters, and configurations of simulated experiments that model real world customer operations; creating a model structure accurately representing the Company's robotic solutions including logic and behavior, decision rules, and mathematical algorithms; cleaning, transforming, and analyzing gigabytes of raw historical customer data to tune model inputs by programming languages such as Python, R, and structured query language ("SQL"); managing multiple simulation projects and tasks simultaneously; supporting the optimization of customer operations by leveraging SQL and Grafana to develop dashboards that monitor performance and providing actionable insights from raw robot and software data logs; and developing optimization solutions through quantitative analysis of operational data. Must hold Master's degree in Data Analytics, Engineering or a related technical field. Must have two (2) years of prior work experience in the position offered or related. Must know (through academic training or work experience) Python, SQL, JSON object-oriented programming, R, Tableau, Chartio, Hex, and Power BI; advanced machine learning, data mining, and statistical analysis; developing custom programming scripts, algorithms, and reporting; and performing data cleaning, forecast analysis, and analyzing trends.
