As the Account Director, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the development and execution of integrated marketing programs across a range of channels, including experiential marketing, influencer partnerships, branded content, and social media. You will collaborate with internal teams and external partners, ensuring that all projects are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned with client goals and KPIs. Responsibilities :
Integrated Marketing Leadership
Collaborate with creative, production, and external partners to develop comprehensive marketing programs spanning experiential, influencer, branded content, and social media.
Lead the development of experiential marketing plans and sponsorship activations, ensuring alignment with client objectives.
Manage a team of internal account managers to execute specific projects and achieve program goals and KPIs.
Oversee day-to-day client management and project tracking with strong organizational skills and clear communication.
Identify key cultural trends and insights to inform innovative client programs and activations.
Manage program budgets, effectively forecasting and tracking costs to ensure financial goals are met.
Requirements :
Experience & Expertise
7 years of account management experience in experiential marketing, with a proven track record in managing and developing successful campaigns and activations.
Previous experience in spirits / liquor or CPG marketing is highly preferred.
In-depth understanding of relevant consumer trends in entertainment, music, sports, fashion, and technology.
Skills & Qualities
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with exceptional attention to detail.
Highly organized, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
Proven ability to build presentations, marketing plans, and program recaps that effectively communicate strategy and outcomes.
Collaborative work style, with experience working closely with internal teams (creative, strategy, and production) and external partners.
Strong proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint for tracking, reporting, and presentation creation.
Ability to manage detailed budgets and drive cost-efficient program execution.
Self-starter mentality, with a demonstrated ability to “get the job done,” regardless of the challenge.
