We’re currently looking to hire a Technical Assistant Editor - Video for a permanent opportunity with one of our top-tier digital agency clients, based in Raleigh, NC . This is an Onsite position.
In this role, you'll be an essential part of a creative-first editing team, helping guide projects from ingest to final delivery. While you’ll focus on the technical aspects of editing, you’ll also contribute creatively to the overall project. Key Responsibilities :
- Organize projects by building, transcoding, and working with deliverables and masters.
- Maintain a balanced and structured environment in the editing room.
- Break down creative cuts, clean up files, and resolve any project issues to prepare for handoff to colorist.
- Perform tasks such as ingesting, syncing, logging, string outs, and selects.
- Support lead editors with project changes and revisions.
- Assist on-set as a Story Producer, helping to map out the story and provide support for the production team.
