Our client is seeking an innovative and dedicated Associate Marketing Manager (Brand) to join their team. This role is perfect for those who are passionate about creating products and experiences that inspire, entertain, and develop children through play. This is a full-time maternity leave coverage contract role, ideally hybrid onsite in Buffalo, NY, but open to fully qualified remote candidates.

Associate Brand Marketing Manager Responsibilities:
- Support the Manager of Brand Marketing in setting global brand strategy
- Develop marketing plans and assets for regional teams
- Collaborate with cross-functional partners across the company
- Drive planning and asset development across various platforms and initiatives
- Be the voice of the consumer, leveraging consumer data and insights to inform marketing strategies and planning
Associate Brand Marketing Manager Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
- 3–5 years in Marketing or Business (2 years with an MBA)
- Proficiency in Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Associate Brand Marketing Manager Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in consumer or brand management
- Strong financial and analytical skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Highly organized, independent, and detail-oriented, with strong follow-up skills
- Strong time management, planning, and project execution abilities
- Adaptability to a fast-paced, ever-changing environment
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team setting, lead cross-functional teams, and represent a brand perspective
