1. Proficient on running virtual meeting platforms e.g. Zoom and Teams
2. Excellent customer verbal and written communication skills
3. Working knowledge and familiarity of audio and video equipment
4. Experienced with managing clients and labor on both live and virtual events
5. Basic knowledge of powerpoint, word and excel
