We’re looking to hire a Customer Service Call Center Representative for a consumer banking and financial services company.
In this role, you will join the Customer Service Team to provide exceptional support and accurate information regarding Depositor Accounts and Financial Products.
- This is a 6-month Contract Opportunity.
- The role is located in Salt Lake City, Utah, and is fully on-site.
- Hourly Pay: $22hr.
Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries.
- Provide accurate information on deposit products and services.
- Perform timely follow-ups on account inquiries.
- Research, analyze, verify, and reconcile account information.
- Document interactions clearly and update database systems.
- Escalate exceptional service reports and complaints as needed.
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Some banking or customer service experience preferred.
- Strong knowledge of business processes and departmental systems.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Strong data entry skills and attention to detail.
