Our client is seeking a dedicated Mail Processing and Data Entry Specialist to join their dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for efficiently managing incoming mail, categorizing it based on specific form types, and accurately entering relevant data into our client's system. This role requires a keen eye for detail and exceptional organizational skills.
This is a full-time 7-month contract opportunity that is hybrid onsite Londonderry, New Hampshire. The application deadline is Monday, 1/13/25.
Data Entry Clerk Responsibilities:
- Efficiently open, sort, and classify incoming mail and documents based on specified form types
- Accurately enter data from mail and documents into our client's database and tracking systems
- Ensure all documents are handled in accordance with our client's policies and procedures
- Maintain an organized and systematic approach to processing mail and data entry tasks
- Promptly address any discrepancies or issues with mail or data entries
- Collaborate with our client's team to ensure workflow efficiency and accuracy
Data Entry Clerk Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in office administration or related fields are a plus
- Proven experience in mail handling, sorting, and data entry roles
- Proficiency in using office equipment and computer systems, including database software
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with a team
