Digital Advertising Account Manager Responsibilities :
Client Relationship Management : Cultivate and maintain strong client relationships, identifying opportunities to grow revenue beyond initial contracts.
Campaign Strategy : Develop and present strategic media recommendations aligned with client business goals and marketing objectives.
Cross-Functional Collaboration : Lead campaign kick-offs, manage performance discussions, and work across teams to deliver impactful results.
Project Management : Oversee the day-to-day execution of campaigns, ensuring accurate proposal templates, tagging, and on-time delivery.
Data Insights & Reporting : Provide actionable insights and regular updates to clients and internal stakeholders to optimize campaigns.
Billing & Account Support : Assist with monthly campaign billing, ensuring accuracy, and collaborate on proposals and quarterly business reviews.
Conflict Resolution : Offer technical guidance and troubleshooting support to ensure smooth campaign execution.
Digital Advertising Account Manager Requirements :
Education : Bachelor’s degree in marketing or a related field.
Client Management Experience : Proven ability to manage client relationships and drive day-to-day business operations.
Analytical Skills : Familiarity with analytics, advertising data, and DMP technologies; strong quantitative and problem-solving skills.
Campaign Planning : Experience in creating and presenting media plans and campaign recommendations.
Detail-Oriented : Excellent project management skills with a keen eye for detail and follow-through.
