Key Responsibilities :
Data and Analytics Management : Oversee all data and analytics related to digital media plans for advertising and content partnerships, ensuring high accuracy and quality.
Campaign Evaluation and Reporting : Collaborate with the advertising and partnerships teams to deliver timely, high-quality reporting on digital media campaigns and partnership content programs. Evaluate campaign performance against established KPIs.
Ongoing Optimizations : Provide actionable insights and continuous recommendations to optimize advertising efforts, helping the team and company thrive.
Vendor and Partner Coordination : Work with external vendors and partners to ensure deliverables are met and align with the company’s strategic and analytical goals.
Data Integrity and Analysis : Conduct technical reviews and analyses of digital media plans, ensuring data integrity across internal and external reporting dashboards. Own all campaign data from planning to execution and performance review.
Cross-Team Collaboration : Support successful execution of cross-functional projects and provide thought leadership to enhance overall team performance.
Technology Evaluation : Assess new technologies and industry tools to improve digital media strategies.
Research and Innovation : Regularly explore new opportunities, potential partners, and market trends to expand the company’s digital capabilities.
Qualifications :
Education : BA degree required.
Experience : 5 years of experience in media analytics, media planning, or digital advertising.
Technical Skills : Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook. Strong experience with major digital reporting tools and media dashboards.
Analytical Skills : Strong ability to analyze complex data and derive actionable insights. Familiarity with digital media KPIs such as CTR, VCR, etc.
Communication : Excellent written and oral communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams and manage multiple projects effectively.
Organizational Skills : Strong attention to detail, time management, and organizational skills.
Creative Problem Solving : Ability to think creatively and independently, even in ambiguous situations, with a strong passion for data and analytics.
Digital Advertising Knowledge : Familiarity with social media platform advertising and associated metrics is a plus.
