As a speech-language pathologist with Onward Search, you will have the opportunity to work with a dynamic team of educators and support staff to help students reach their full potential. This full-time contract position includes:
- In-person setting
- Monday-Friday schedule, 8:00am-3:00pm
- Through 5/23/2025 duration
- 37.5 hours/week guaranteed
- 35-45 students caseload
- PreK-5th grade level
Key Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Acknowledge and diagnose speech and language disorders in students
- Develop personalized treatment plans based on each student's needs
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and support staff to integrate speech and language strategies into the classroom
- Provide therapy in individual and group settings
- Monitor and document student progress, adjusting treatment plans as needed
