This role will focus on designing game packaging and in-package print collateral, ensuring the effective communication of gameplay and brand messaging.
In this exciting opportunity, you’ll be responsible for the conceptualization, design, and execution of visually compelling assets for board games, while working closely with a cross-functional team. Your designs will play a pivotal role in shaping the user experience, delivering innovative concepts that resonate with the brand’s narrative and objectives.
Key Responsibilities :
Design in-package graphics for board games, incorporating team insights to guide design decisions.
Implement brand strategy and collaborate with Marketing, Engineering, and Design & Development teams to align on objectives.
Conceptualize and present innovative design ideas that effectively communicate brand messaging, gameplay, and storytelling.
Create clear, user-friendly instruction guides to communicate gameplay effectively.
Design presentation decks that communicate design concepts to stakeholders and team members.
Qualifications :
Proven experience as a graphic designer, with a portfolio showcasing game packaging and print collateral.
Strong understanding of brand strategy and experience working with cross-functional teams to meet objectives.
Excellent conceptual design skills, with the ability to translate complex concepts into visually engaging assets.
Experience creating instruction manuals and guides for user experiences.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign).
Strong attention to detail and a passion for creativity and innovation.
Ability to work within tight deadlines while maintaining high design standards.
