As a Human Resources Operations Analyst , you will play a pivotal role in optimizing HR processes and ensuring the seamless execution of key HR business functions. We’re looking for a proactive problem-solver who can lead projects, drive continuous improvement, and support HR teams across the organization. Key Responsibilities :
Manage and resolve data-related tickets in ServiceNow , ensuring timely assignment and closure.
Lead data clean-up and audit projects, collaborating with Program Leads to meet deadlines.
Coordinate entity mergers or name change projects in partnership with HR stakeholders and Finance PMO.
Support data movement between core HR systems and downstream systems (e.g., Payroll, Equity, Benefits), addressing integration errors.
Conduct HR data integrity audits and update systems to ensure accuracy.
Ensure all transactions comply with SOX and internal control guidelines.
Analyze business process issues and propose system updates or process improvements.
Document, map, and review HR processes regularly to identify areas for improvement.
Collaborate with HRBPs and internal teams to execute organizational changes, considering all downstream impacts.
Assist Onboarding and Offboarding teams with complex system issues related to FTEs and Contingent Workers .
Support the Contingent Workforce program with system requirements to maintain data accuracy.
Enter and assess the efficiency of Workday transactions, including creating and testing EIB files for integration.
Run Workday reports to meet business needs.
Contribute to special projects and operations improvement initiatives.
Qualifications :
1-3 years of experience in an HR operations role with strong HR domain knowledge.
At least 2-3 years of experience with Workday , including completing EIBs and running reports.
Ability to follow, document, and improve HR processes.
Strong attention to detail, with the ability to tackle complex issues and re-engineer processes.
Experience conducting root cause analysis to identify trends and design solutions.
Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on continuous improvement.
Ability to partner with international HR colleagues and clients.
Proficiency in using data to recommend business process, self-service, and system enhancements.
BA / BS Degree or equivalent experience.
Experience with ServiceNow and intermediate skills in Microsoft Office and G Suite .
Previous experience in an HR Shared Services or HR Operations environment.
Job Details :
Location : Remote (must be based in the US and meet applicable W2 employment criteria)
Duration : 40 hours per week, 1 year
Pay : $30 - $32 / hr, paid weekly
