We’re looking to hire a Marketing Campaign Manager for a financial services client. This Marketing Team oversees marketing campaigns that engage both prospective and current customers.

- Hourly Pay Rate: $50 - $55 hourly
Responsibilities:
- Manage multiple marketing campaigns of varying complexity across email, direct mail, and digital channels.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of marketing campaigns.
- Oversee campaign documentation, including requirements, timelines, approvals, and deliverables.
- Coordinate end-to-end execution of campaigns while ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Identify and address potential risks while ensuring compliance with industry regulations.
- Monitor campaign performance and provide insights to optimize future marketing efforts.
- Maintain clear and organized communication among stakeholders to drive project success.
Requirements:
- 4 Year College Degree Completed.
- Experience in marketing execution, project coordination, strong leadership, communication, team facilitation, and organizational skills.
- Ability to collaborate across teams, influence stakeholders, and lead initiatives effectively.
- Experience working in a regulated industry with an understanding of risk and compliance considerations in marketing campaign management.
- Strong understanding of core marketing channels, including Digital, Email, and Direct Mail.
