We’re looking to hire a Marketing Coordinator for an education technology client to support math and science product marketing by executing integrated marketing campaigns, managing eCommerce activities, and developing sales enablement materials. This role requires exceptional organizational skills, managing multiple projects, and strong communication abilities.
This is a 12-month remote project opportunity. Candidates must be based in the Central or Eastern time zones within the continental United States.
Pay: $20 - $25/hour

Responsibilities:
- Oversee creative production for marketing content, promotions, and thought leadership assets, including print/digital collateral, video, email, webinars, training materials, and presentations.
- Manage resources, schedules, and execution of integrated marketing campaigns to ensure timely, high-quality delivery.
- Conduct market and competitive research using open-source intelligence.
- Maintain and update portfolio intranet and eCommerce sites.
- Update and manage existing collateral as product offerings evolve.
- Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and sales reports to measure campaign effectiveness.
Requirements:
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
- Problem-solving mindset and ability to work collaboratively within a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Adobe Acrobat & Acrobat Pro
- Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new software and platforms.
