This is a 12 month contract opportunity. The role is located in Charlotte, NC, and is hybrid with 3 days weekly onsite required.
Position Summary Seeking a motivated Marketing Manager to support the Enterprise Omnichannel Notification System (EONs), including SMS / Text, Email, App Push, and Outbound Voice. Responsibilities include database management, message creation, compliance monitoring, campaign execution, and performance tracking. Experience in SMS / Text marketing, direct marketing, HTML, and analytics is preferred.
Key Responsibilities :
Manage daily operations for customer contact channels.
Develop and implement channel strategies, ensuring compliance and effectiveness.
Act as a subject matter expert for digital communication channels.
Optimize content for engagement and consistency across platforms.
Monitor compliance with regulatory guidelines (e.g., TCPA for SMS / Text).
Analyze performance metrics and provide data-driven insights.
Develop protocols to improve workflow and project management.
Collaborate across teams to enhance communication strategies.
Stay updated on digital trends and emerging technologies.
Required Qualifications :
Bachelor's degree.
Minimum of five (5) years of relevant experience.
Preferred Qualifications :
Master’s degree.
Experience with HTML, agile processes, Jira, A / B testing, and analytics tools.
Strong project management, digital marketing, and customer engagement skills.
Familiarity with utility industry, energy efficiency, and sustainability is a plus.
