We’re looking to hire a
Sr. Marketing Project Manager
for a global pharmaceutical company that develops medicines and solutions to treat complex health issues.
You’ll join the International Marketing Team to plan meetings, coordinate agendas, prepare minutes, and communicate with (6)Team Members.
This is a 6 month opportunity.The role is located in Mettawa, Illinois, and is hybrid onsite (3 days a week - Tues. - Thurs.).Experience in project managing Conferences, Events within the Pharma Industry is highly preferred.Hourly Rate : $90hr. - $100hr. (W-2).
Responsibilities : Provide project management support for the client's Medical Symposium, a yearly event to showcase and celebrate the latest discoveries from multidisciplinary Researcher Teams.Monitor event performance with Stakeholders, provide reports on milestones / KPIs, manage annual calendar and communications for the Symposium, coordinate planning, schedule internal project management meetings.Assist with tracking and managing the financial budget, meet project deadlines and deliver on business objectives.
Requirements : Proven track record of project leadership in the marketing, advertising, pharmaceutical industry.Project / Program management experience.BS / BA in Business, Sciences or a Commercial related field.Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification a plus.
