Job Overview

We are seeking a Marketing Project Manager to oversee and manage multiple projects across a variety of channels, including email, direct mail, social media, video, and photography for one of our clients.

This role will act as the central point of contact for both internal teams and external partners, ensuring smooth execution of creative initiatives from start to finish.

Duration : 1 year

Location : Norfolk County, MA

Schedule : Hybrid

Pay : $35 - $39 / hr, paid weekly, benefits eligible

Marketing Project Manager Duties :

• Project Coordination : Review job initiation requests and creative briefs, ensuring all necessary details (such as asset sizes and specifications) are provided before assigning tasks through the workflow system.
• Milestone Management : Manage all project milestones, from creating detailed schedules to coordinating kick-off and presentation meetings, ensuring smooth project progress from start to finish.
• Stakeholder Communication : Keep project members and stakeholders updated on project status, working closely with the Marketing Manager to ensure alignment between the creative team and strategic goals.
• Feedback and Quality Assurance : Collaborate with the Marketing Manager to ensure that feedback is clear and aligned with the original creative direction. Act as the liaison with production partners to ensure high quality and accuracy in all deliverables.
• Vendor Coordination : Partner with internal teams and external vendors to obtain cost estimates for printing, production services (e.g., brochures, signage), and video / photo services. Review and route proofs as necessary.
• Asset Management : Work with the asset librarian and creative team to archive approved assets in the Digital Asset Management (DAM) system.
• Problem-Solving : Address and resolve issues that may arise throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring timely delivery within budget while maintaining quality standards.
