As a Mobile Support Tech , you will be responsible for managing and configuring mobile devices, apps, and profiles using Microsoft Intune . You will also troubleshoot Microsoft Office apps, ensure mobile security through Conditional Access, and leverage PowerShell scripting to meet technical needs. This is a 1 year contract opportunity.
Key Responsibilities :
Manage and configure mobile devices, app configurations, enrollment profiles, and mobile application assignments using Microsoft Intune .
Troubleshoot Microsoft Office apps (desktop and mobile) to ensure seamless functionality.
Implement mobile security protocols through Microsoft Conditional Access .
Utilize PowerShell scripting to support mobile device management.
Required Qualifications :
Microsoft Intune Admin Console experience (required).
Experience with mobile devices (iOS and Android) (required).
PowerShell scripting experience (required).
Preferred Qualifications :
Experience with Microsoft Office troubleshooting (Desktop and Mobile apps).
Knowledge of Microsoft Conditional Access .
Educational & Experience Requirements :
Bachelor’s degree in IT-related field or equivalent training / experience, OR
Associate degree plus 3 years of demonstrated technical experience, OR
High school diploma and 5 years of IT technical experience at a large, complex organization.
