Our client is seeking a meticulous and experienced Senior Medical Editor to join their dynamic team. This role involves proofreading and editing a variety of materials, including pharmaceutical marketing, health education, and corporate documents, ensuring accuracy, clarity, and adherence to brand standards and industry regulations.
12 month contract
W2 Hourly Pay : $45.00-$50.00 / hour
Hybrid 3 days onsite in Mettawa, IL
Key Responsibilities :
- Proofread and edit materials for spelling, punctuation, grammar errors, and format / style inconsistencies
- Ensure alignment of projects with brand standards and corporate style
- Verify compliance of projects with industry and FDA regulations
- Implement Medical / Regulatory / Legal feedback accurately
- Fact-check medical claims against published sources and create annotated reference documents
- Assist with project submissions using the Veeva Vault PromoMats platform
- Collaborate with cross-functional colleagues to deliver high-quality work
- Attend relevant meetings and provide editorial leadership for assigned accounts
