This role involves assessing and treating speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders in elementary school students.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Creating individualized education plans (IEPs).
- Collaborating with teachers, parents, and support staff.
- Providing therapy in individual and group settings.
- Monitoring and documenting student progress.
- Participating in IEP meetings.
- Educating staff and families on speech and language development strategies.
Requirements for the position:
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
- WA State SLP license.
- Education Staff Associate (ESA) certificate.
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred.
- Prior experience in a school setting.
