Position Overview :
The Presentation Designer will work closely with executives and key stakeholders to design visually appealing and strategically impactful presentations. This role requires a combination of creativity, strategic thinking, and organizational skills to deliver high-quality work under tight deadlines.
Remote- but
MUST
be local to Miami area to go onsite occasionally for key events.
Rate : $45.00-$50.00 / hr

Responsibilities :
Design and create visually stunning presentations tailored for executive-level audiences, ensuring brand consistency and alignment with business objectives.
Collaborate with senior leadership to understand strategic goals and translate them into clear, impactful visual narratives.
Develop custom graphics, charts, and diagrams to support complex ideas and data storytelling.
Manage multiple projects simultaneously, maintaining exceptional attention to detail and meeting tight deadlines.
Provide strategic input on presentation structure, flow, and visual hierarchy to maximize audience engagement.
Maintain and organize a library of assets, templates, and style guides to ensure efficiency and consistency across projects.
Communicate effectively with stakeholders to gather requirements, provide updates, and deliver final presentations.
Qualifications :
Proven experience as a Presentation Designer or similar role, with a portfolio showcasing executive-level work.
Advanced proficiency in design tools such as PowerPoint, Keynote, Adobe Creative Suite, or other presentation software.
Strong strategic thinking skills, with the ability to align presentation content with overarching business goals.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate design ideas and collaborate with stakeholders.
Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to adapt to evolving project needs.
