Our client, a global leader in educational technology and publishing, is seeking a dynamic and experienced Professional Project Manager to join their team. This is a remote contract role (6-month duration) and candidates must be located in the EST time zone .
As a Professional Project Manager , you will play a pivotal role in the successful delivery of Sales Enablement projects and other strategic initiatives. This position will involve collaborating across various teams to introduce innovative business processes, supported by new or redeveloped IT systems, all while managing relationships with both internal stakeholders and external suppliers.
Key Responsibilities :
Maintain project plans and track progress to ensure on-time delivery.
Identify and manage risks , executing mitigating actions and escalating issues as needed.
Engage with stakeholders regularly, providing updates and reporting to the executive team and management.
Define tasks, manage delivery timelines, and monitor progress to meet project goals.
Manage day-to-day relationships with both external suppliers and internal teams.
Oversee dependency management , ensuring smooth integration of resources and business activities.

Qualifications :
Previous experience in educational business , specifically working with the US School System and Customer Accuracy teams for K-12 procurement.
5 years of senior-level project management experience , particularly in managing relationships with senior leadership and Steering Committees.
Expertise in Salesforce and Sales Enablement tools .
Strong background in change management, risk management , and conflict resolution .
Ability to anticipate challenges and adapt strategies to mitigate risks.
