Position Overview : As a Regional Sales Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving sales across the West Coast, developing strategic relationships with fleet operators, dealerships, and commercial vehicle partners. Key Responsibilities :
Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy targeting fleet operators, dealerships, and commercial vehicle partners.
Drive revenue growth by identifying, qualifying, and closing new business opportunities.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in the fleet and commercial vehicle industries.
Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to contract negotiation and post-sale support.
Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and customer meetings to drive brand awareness and sales.
Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, product, and operations teams to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies.
Provide regular updates on sales performance, pipeline development, and market insights to senior leadership.
Qualifications :
5 years of experience in B2B sales, ideally within commercial vehicles, fleet sales, or automotive OEMs.
Demonstrated ability to develop and execute successful sales strategies that drive revenue.
Established network and strong relationships within the fleet operations, dealership, or commercial vehicle sectors.
Excellent negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, startup-like environment.
Willingness to travel 50%–70% within the West Coast region.
