Retail Marketing Manager Duties:
- Omnichannel Strategy Development: Lead the creation and execution of omnichannel touchpoints to enhance the shopper journey, ensuring alignment with brand strategy and consumer insights.
- Campaign & Promotion Management: Develop and implement campaigns and evergreen promotions to increase consideration, drive store traffic, and boost sales. Oversee the creative team in developing in-store point-of-sale materials and promotional assets.
- Retail Value Proposition: Execute marketing strategies for unique and expanded retail value propositions, ensuring consistency across all communication channels.
- Project & Budget Oversight: Manage campaign timelines, creative production, and budgets, ensuring cost-efficiency and adherence to project goals.
- Promotional Asset Customization: Customize and develop marketing toolkits to support the store network, ensuring promotional offers, pricing, and disclaimers align with merchandising and operations objectives.
- Dealer Engagement & Support: Partner with individual stores and account executives to maximize dealer participation in marketing programs, enhancing brand consistency and driving traffic.
- Creative & Production Management: Establish project management processes to oversee creative development, working with internal teams and external agencies to ensure timely delivery and quality execution.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate closely with retail, merchandising, operations, and external partners to coordinate advertising, events, and promotional functions.
Retail Marketing Manager Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- 6 years of relevant retail marketing experience, including 1 years in a supervisory or leadership role.
- Experience in retail marketing, advertising, and managing campaigns or promotions.
- Proven knowledge of omnichannel initiatives, in-store consumer experiences, and shopper satisfaction.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Analytical mindset with data-driven decision-making abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Project).
- Understanding of the creative process, design composition, and production services.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with experience managing cross-functional teams and external resources.
