You’ll join the Marketing team to develop and execute multi-channel strategies. This is a 6 month opportunity. The role is located in Brooklyn, NY, and is hybrid.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute multi-channel strategies to engage sellers at critical moments in their journey—from onboarding, to growth, and ongoing business management.
- Drive adoption of tools and services while also celebrating sellers' milestones, encouraging them and building momentum to grow their shops successfully.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure campaigns align with strategic product priorities and long-term company goals.
- Leverage automation, predictive insights, and experimentation to optimize seller engagement and create experiences that both support and inspire sellers at every stage of their journey.
Requirements:
- 3 years of experience in Retention Marketing, preferably within fast-paced global e-commerce or marketplace environments.
- Proven ability to develop and execute sophisticated multi-channel strategies and experimentation roadmaps.
- Strong technical proficiency in Marketing Automation Platforms and third-party email providers. Expertise in HTML and CSS.
- Experience working cross-functionally with Marketing Analytics teams to drive engagement and product adoption.
- Data-driven mindset with experience analyzing post-launch campaign performance and iterating based on insights.
- Ability to develop smart audience segmentation strategies and work with analytics teams to uncover engagement opportunities.
- Understanding of how personalized marketing campaigns and automation drive user behavior and retention.
- Familiarity with lifecycle marketing best practices, including contact strategy, frequency management, and automation frameworks.
- Organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to balance long-term objectives while adapting to evolving business needs.
