Our client is seeking a dynamic Continuous Improvement Manager to join their Value Delivery Office. This role is pivotal in driving efficiency and process improvements across various business functions, with a keen focus on Lean methodologies, value stream mapping, and process optimization.
This is a full-time 3-month contract opportunity that is hybrid onsite in El Segundo, CA 2 days / week. The application deadline is 2 / 20 / 25.
Continuous Improvement Manager Responsibilities :
- Cultivate a Lean mindset within partner business functions to drive process improvements
- Lead value stream mapping and core process development
- Identify key opportunities for efficiency and sales growth
- Collaborate with sponsors and project managers to scope and implement improvement projects
- Co-develop key performance indicators (KPIs) and establish visual management tools for tracking progress
- Implement standardized processes and root cause analysis techniques
