Sr Social Media Community Partner
Location: Westwood, MA
Duration: 6 months contract
Rate: $34 - $37/hr W2
No C2C, H1B or sponsorship for this role
Key responsibilities include:
• Oversee day-to-day operations of social media platforms to ensure strong coordination, improved awareness and experience.
• Owning the brief creation and kick-off with internal and external agency partners.
• Support the oversight of multiple editorial calendars to ensure enterprise alignment with an eye for identifying stories and curating content
• Ability to develop post copy for LinkedIn and Meta social platforms.
• Oversee the colleague Advocacy/Social Selling platform execution and training for Private Bank and Private Wealth.
• Collaborate with cross-functional internal and external partners to align integrated campaigns and initiatives
• Leverage analytics to gain customer and channel insights and optimize social media programs
• Responsible for budget and spend management within social media distribution platform
• Provide day-to-day guidance to social media community managers for content posting across multiple channels/platforms.
Qualifications:
• 6 years of hands-on social media experience including content development, distribution and/or management
• Knowledge and experience using the social media management system Sprinklr.
• Social media enthusiast and independent user of multiple social platforms (Facebook/Facebook Stories, Twitter, Instagram/Instagram Stories, Pinterest, LinkedIn, YouTube, TikTok etc.)
• High attention to detail, especially with regards to grammar, voice, and tone.
• Self-starter, with the ability to think on feet and show excellent judgment.
• Demonstrated knowledge of the digital content distribution landscape
• Paid social media distribution experience
• Ability to work in fast-paced environment with competing priorities, successfully manage multiple projects at once and ability to work well under pressure.
• Vendor/agency management experience.
• Must have excellent interpersonal and communicative skills, as well as demonstrate sound leadership and decision-making ability.
• Be proactive, reliable, responsible, and accurate with an attention to detail.
• Experience working in a regulated space a plus
• Education: Bachelors Degree in Communications, Marketing or relevant work experience
