Overview :

We are seeking a talented Social Media Graphic Designer to create visually engaging digital content for our client's social media platforms.

This is a contract to hire opportunity with a great in-house setting. Hybrid model is 4 days per week in San Diego County, CA. You must live in the area; not open for relocation candidates.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in social media graphic design, video editing, and motion graphics to produce high-quality multimedia assets that align with our marketing goals.

Pay : $44 - $48 / hr, benefits eligible, and salary conversion expected after around 90 days

Social Media Designer Duties :

• Design and create digital content including graphics, animations, videos, and other multimedia assets for social media platforms.
• Develop engaging layouts for marketing materials such as web banners, ads, social media posts, and email campaigns.
• Edit and produce video content for social media channels, ensuring brand consistency and high-quality standards.
• Create motion graphics and animations using Adobe AfterEffects and Premiere to enhance content.
• Work closely with the Creative Manager to align design concepts with brand and marketing strategies.
• Manage and deliver content based on an established social media calendar.
• Track and manage creative projects, ensuring timely delivery within deadlines.
• Collaborate on creative brainstorming sessions for marketing initiatives.
• Contribute to strategic marketing campaigns aimed at increasing brand awareness.
• Stay informed on design trends and best practices to maintain an innovative and competitive edge.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as IT, Apparel, and Promotions to support business initiatives.
• Assist in key marketing events and other related duties as needed.
