Location: In-person (no hybrid or remote options)
Weekly Guaranteed Hours: 37.5 hours/week - Immediate Start
Caseload: 40 students between 2 schools
Grade Level: Elementary School
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders in students.
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) tailored to each student’s needs.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and support staff to integrate speech and language strategies into the classroom.
- Provide therapy in individual and group settings.
- Monitor and document student progress, adjusting treatment plans as needed.
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to goal setting and progress updates.
- Educate staff and families on speech and language development strategies.
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
- WA State SLP license
- Educational Staff Associate (ESA) certificate
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred.
- Prior experience in a school setting.
