We’re looking to hire a Sr. Market Research Manager for an American Pharmaceutical Company who makes an impact on people's lives through the innovative medicines and solutions driven by a compassion for people, commitment to innovation and inclusion, and service to the community.
You’ll join the International Market Analytics and Business Intelligence (IMABI) Team to lead Business Intelligence Planning, Implementation, and manage all aspects of the RFP Process, Vendor Selection, Study Design, Contract Execution, Budget Management.
- This is a 12 months opportunity.
- The role is located in Chicago, IL, fully remote with a preference for Candidates in the Mettawa, Lake County/Chicagoland Area.
- Hourly Rate: $100hr.
Responsibilities:
- Play a leading role in the continuous brand planning process based on a deep understanding of the market drivers, patient journey, competition and positioning highlighting opportunities to enhance patient and HCP (Health Care Professional) experience.
- Serve as the Lead for Dermatology Projects to advise on initiatives through data and analytics capabilities.
- Develop and maintain working relationships with International Marketing and Medical, Area and Key Affiliate contacts.
- Participate in developing and tracking Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for the brands and measuring performance.
- Provide insights to current dynamics and future market evolution over the next 3-5 years to guide the development of successful strategies.
- Identify and utilize reasonable data sources & analytics approaches to measure and evaluate the effectiveness of our core strategies and key initiatives.
Requirements:
- BA or BS Degree required. Advanced Degree (e.g., MBA or MA) preferred with a concentration in Marketing Research or Social Sciences.
- Experience in Marketing Analytics and Business Intelligence in the Pharmaceuticals, Immunology, or Healthcare space.
- Experience developing and executing primary market research plans and marketing analytics experience analyzing and drawing insights from quantitative and secondary data sets.
- Excellent strategic thinking and thought leadership with strong story telling capabilities.
- Analytical reasoning abilities, developing and testing hypotheses using available data including market dynamics (share and total volume) trends.
