Duties
- Provide technical support for computer systems, software applications, and mobile devices.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to operating systems and software applications.
- Analyze network problems and assist with LAN configurations.
- Utilize help desk software, including Jira, to track and manage support requests.
- Maintain and manage IT infrastructure components, ensuring optimal performance.
- Assist with software deployment using SCCM (System Center Configuration Manager).
- Collaborate with team members to improve IT processes and user experience.
- Document technical procedures and user guides for future reference.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in computer networking concepts and practices.
- Strong analytical skills to diagnose and resolve technical issues effectively.
- Experience with help desk operations and customer service principles.
- Familiarity with various operating systems (Windows, macOS, Linux).
- Knowledge of mobile device management and troubleshooting techniques.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a dynamic environment.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
