We are seeking a detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional customer service in a professional office setting.

Responsibilities:

- Perform general office tasks such research items for projects
- Manage incoming calls and emails, providing excellent customer service - client and vendor facing
- Assist with order entry and processing
- Handle sensitive information in a confidential manner
- Utilize computerized systems for organizing and communication

Skills:

- Proven experience in administrative roles
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Proficiency in using computerized systems
- Knowledge of QuickBooks is a plus

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $21.00 - $24.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 per week

Schedule:

  • 4 hour shift

  • Wilton, CT (Required)
