Job Details
1)Comple onsite work all 5days a week. Dress code Mon to Thursday formally dressed up wearing tie (must).
2)Make sure candidates are willing to relocate, travel resources are not considered.
3)This will be long-term projects with multiple extensions; hence candidate relocation is must.
4) Strong in HADR concepts High Availability Disaster Recovery.
5) Last time client rejected most of the candidates for following reasons candidates are lacking in HADR, trouble shooting and performance tuning, workload management, back-up and recovery as we are not looking for just conceptual knowledge, but has to be strong enough in scenario based questions.
