Project Manager/ Scrum Master
Location: Boston, MA, Hybrid
Duration: 12 Months
Experience 5 - 8 years of experience
Must have - Solid experience in project management and delivery
Desirable - Presales experience and contribution to RFP, proposal and solutioning.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage multiple, complex projects from inception through completion,
- ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives.
- End to end execution of Data warehouse/Lake project on MS tech stack is desirable.
- Adept at estimation techniques and ability to do accurate effort estimations.
- Develop comprehensive project plans that include scope, schedules, resource
- allocation, risk management, and budget.
- Drive project execution, ensuring deliverables meet quality standards and are
- completed within agreed timelines and budgets.
- Work closely with senior leadership to define project vision, strategy, and objectives.
- Translate business requirements into detailed project plans and manage the
- execution to achieve strategic goals.
- Monitor project progress and performance, implementing necessary adjustments to
- stay on track.
- Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, including senior executives,
- clients, and external partners.
- Communicate project status, risks, and issues effectively to all stakeholders,
- ensuring transparency and fostering strong relationships.
- Negotiate with stakeholders to resolve conflicts and manage expectations.
- Identify potential project risks and develop risk management plans to mitigate them.
- Proactively address project issues and challenges, employing problem-solving
- techniques to ensure project success.
- Manage project budgets, monitor expenditures, and ensure financial resources are
- utilized effectively.
- Education:Bachelor s degree in Project Management, Business Administration,
- Engineering, or a related field. Advanced degree (e.g., MBA) or relevant certifications (e.g.,
- Certified Scrum Master, CAPM)
Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in project management, with a proven track
record of successfully managing large-scale and complex projects.
Skills:
- Advanced knowledge of project management methodologies, tools, and techniques.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and strategic planning skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively under pressure.
