Job Title: SAP S/4HANA FICO Architect
Location: Corona (Los Angeles, CA) Hybrid.
Job Type: Contract to Hire
Hybrid ( 2-3 days a week onsite)

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled SAP S/4HANA FICO Architect to lead the design, development, and implementation of SAP Financial Accounting (FI) and Controlling (CO) solutions. The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in the S/4HANA FICO module and a solid understanding of business processes and integration with other SAP modules.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end SAP S/4HANA FICO architecture and solution design across implementation and rollout projects.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements and translate them into SAP solutions.
- Configure SAP FICO modules including GL, AP, AR, AA, CO, CCA, PCA, and Product Costing.
- Provide guidance on the SAP S/4HANA Universal Journal, Central Finance, Group Reporting, and Embedded Analytics.
- Design and oversee integration between FICO and other SAP modules (SD, MM, PP, PS, and SuccessFactors).
- Conduct workshops, blueprinting sessions, and architecture reviews.
- Manage data migration, cutover planning, and post-go-live support.
- Provide thought leadership in financial transformation leveraging SAP best practices.
- Mentor functional consultants and ensure consistent solution delivery.
Required Skills and Experience:
- 10 years of SAP FICO experience with at least 2 full lifecycle S/4HANA implementations as a solution architect.
- Strong experience in GL, AP, AR, Asset Accounting, Controlling, Profit Center Accounting, and Product Costing.
- Knowledge of New GL, Parallel Ledger, and S/4HANA Universal Journal (ACDOCA).
- Experience with SAP Fiori apps, CDS Views, and SAP Analytics is a plus.
- Strong understanding of integration points with other modules.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and documentation skills.
- S/4HANA certification (FICO or Finance) is a plus.
Education:
- Bachelor's or Master s degree in Finance, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.
