Dispatch Lead Responsibilities:

• Manages dispatch operations, including scheduling, training, and ensuring compliance with regulations.
• Responsible for responding to emergency calls, dispatching drivers and escalating issues to Management
• Overseeing the work of the Dispatchers and Specialists on the same shift.
• Point of contact for any issues that may arise from Clients and Drivers.
• Create and communicate team schedules.
• Ensure compliance with Client SOP requirements and are achieved daily.
• Tracking Compliance.
• Communicate clearly with Independent Contractors, Clients, and internal teams to resolve any issues or concerns promptly.
• Quickly assess and resolve challenges in a fast-paced environment to ensure service continuity.
• Ability to remain calm and deliver clear instructions under pressure.

Dispatching Qualifications:

• Experience: Minimum of 2 years Dispatching and 2 years of experience using Dispatching software or TMS software.
• Customer Service: 3-4 years of outstanding customer service experience.
• Professionalism: Demonstrates integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.
• Tech Savvy: Comfortable with technology and eager to stay updated on new tools and software.
• Microsoft Office Proficiency: Experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, and Outlook) is required.
• Positive Attitude: Must maintain a professional demeanor and positive attitude while effectively handling challenging situations with composure.
• Organizational Skills: Strong organizational and communication skills are essential.

Dispatcher Schedule:

• Dispatchers work 12-hour shifts: Three days a week, with a rotation that includes working every other Wednesday.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $45,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
