Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in quality management, with a focus on supplier engineering, operations and field quality.
- Strong understanding of quality management principles and methodologies

- Proven ability to analyze data and identify root causes of problems
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Leadership skills to motivate and develop a team
- Proficiency in relevant software tools for data analysis and reporting
- Relevant industry certifications like Lean Six Sigma may be beneficial
