The Human Resources Business Partner role is a collaborative, strategic partner to the business function and an integral member of the global HR team. This role will provide support ensuring a seamless connection between the employer and employees. S/he will effectively manage multiple HR-related initiatives both for the HR function as well as the business. The role will interface with key stakeholders within the organization as well individual contributors within the specified region on a day-to-day basis. This role will have the responsibility to serve as an HR functional SME for business teams and will be a collaborative strategic partner in workforce planning, performance management and recruiting/retention strategies. This role will also play a significant part in the design/development/execution of strategic HR initiatives that are organization-wide. |

Roles/ Responsibilities |
This role is a Strategic HR Leader within the organization with oversight of HR functions within assigned region. · Serves as subject matter expert and provides guidance related to applicable labor/employment law and regulations. · Involves developing effective recruitment and retention strategies inclusive activities like succession planning, career development, job leveling and employee engagement. · Continuous assessment of organizational and employee learning & development needs with a focus on uplifting the overall organization’s skills/knowledge base. Designing learning/development plans that create a culture of personal/professional growth and in turn, drive the ability to meet organizational goals/initiatives. · Ensures effective communication channels (internal & external) within the organization related to HR initiatives/policies/procedures etc. Key partner in creating an environment that fosters a sense of belonging, promotes productivity and engagement. · Plays a key role in the selection, implementation, and management of HRIS systems. · Involves shaping and promoting the organization's culture, values, and overall work environment. This includes fostering diversity and inclusion, managing organizational change, and aligning the culture with the strategic goals of the company. · Focus on ensuring that the workplace adheres to health and safety regulations and standards and would include developing and implementing health and safety policies, conducting risk assessments, emergency plans, providing safety training, and maintaining compliance with local and national safety regulations.. |

Qualifications |
Minimum required: · Minimum 3 years’ Human Resources experience. · Fluent in English. · In-depth knowledge of HR laws, regulations, and best practices (for the region/location). · Knowledge/familiarity with HRIS systems. · Strong working knowledge and use of MS Office Suite. · Familiarity with HR metrics: compilation/use Preferred: · Experience with an international company and/or cultures. · Demonstrated ability to interface with business and serve as trusted strategic partner. Leadership/Teamwork attributes: · Strong interpersonal and communication skills. · Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities and adapt to varied situations at different levels. |
