Our restaurant in Johnson Arkansas (Hail Fellow Well Met) wants to add to our team. HFWM is one of the most beautiful restaurants in the area (we might be a little biased!) and while we never waver in our quality and hospitality standards, we love to have a good time and just enjoy the fast-paced energy that we all love so much!

Our dream was to combine our love and dedication to coffee and hospitality with a growing passion for food. For there to be a place in our own community in Johnson, Arkansas, that offered beautiful, ingredient-driven, incredible food in an environment that melds casual counter service with high concept design. It’s called “Hail Fellow Well Met,” an old English greeting that is used for all regardless of social station. From a wine list composed of only biodynamic wines, to coffee that boasts the most robust full transparency initiative in Specialty coffee, to plates featuring local, curated proteins, heritage eggs, and heirloom grains and beans, we want everyone to be welcome, to feel comfortable, and to enjoy the highest mark of food in an accessible way. The restaurant is built in the footprint of the house we grew up in, representing a new iteration of hospitality on common ground.

Who we want to work with:

Looking for upbeat service-minded individuals to join dynamic, growing cafe and restaurant. We are looking for folks with restaurant, cafe, or bar experience to add to our team. Weekend availability is a must. Individuals should be timely, motivated, self-disciplined, and love coffee, beverages, and food.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $11.00 - $19.00 per hour
