Job Description
ONYX Coaches lead members through our signature ONYX Method Workout, guiding them every step of the way. They are responsible for educating clients on using the ONYX Reformer, highlighting the transformative impact of our method, and empowering clients to push through the challenges of our dynamic workouts.
Our coaches must think on their feet, adapting to support and motivate clients of varying skill levels—all while actively participating in the workout alongside our members. This role blends expertise, energy, and the ability to inspire every client to reach their full potential.
Availability Requirements:
Ability to coach a minimum of eight classes per week, with availability in the mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
Responsibilities:
- Actively participate in team meetings and events.
- Stay updated by learning new techniques and best practices.
- Build meaningful relationships with clients and the fitness community.
- Embody the ONYX brand and culture in every interaction.
- Foster a fitness environment that is welcoming and inclusive of all backgrounds and abilities.
- Promote and participate in the new member intro sales process.
- Support the studio's growth through membership sales and participation in community events.
What we're looking for:
- This role is not an entry-level position and does require a minimum of one year of teaching group fitness in a fitness studio setting.

Compensation and Benefits:
- We offer a competitive, transparent compensation plan with a starting pay of $34 per class $2 per member commission. After six months of service, you are eligible for our coach progression.
