What are the responsibilities and job description for the River North Member Experience Coordinator - Part-time position at ONYX Management Services LLC?
As a MemberX Coordinator, you are the first line of contact for our members, playing a critical role in shaping their experience. You are well-versed in all aspects of our fitness programs and studio operations, ensuring smooth and welcoming interactions. You are key to providing superior customer service, assisting members with class selections, bookings, and any questions they may have. Additionally, you will conduct outreach to new members, guiding them through their introduction to ONYX, and are responsible for selling memberships by helping members select the perfect option to meet their fitness and wellness goals. Your passion for helping others achieve their best makes you an essential part of the ONYX team!
Location:
Your primary location will be our River North studio.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Greeting all members who enter the studio with enthusiasm, energy, and knowledge
- Presenting the ONYX Method to any interested new members, also known as “intros”
- Working at our front desk, which includes answering phones and talking to members, among other tasks
- Giving studio tours
- Selling membership to help the studio thrive
- Following up on prospective members
- Handling member concerns professionally and objectively with the goal of resolution
- Participating in marketing and community outreach events
- Ensure the studio is clean and supplies and towels are restocked
- Ability to work a minimum of 3 shits per week.
