Duties
- Perform eyelash extension applications with precision and care, ensuring client satisfaction.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health and safety regulations.
- Educate clients on aftercare and maintenance of eyelash extensions.
- Upsell additional services and products during appointments to enhance client experience.
- Conduct product demonstrations to showcase the benefits of our offerings.
- Utilize scheduling software such as MINDBODY or Millennium for appointment management.
- Collaborate with team members to create a positive salon environment.
- Stay updated on industry trends, techniques, and best practices.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in eyelash application techniques; certification preferred.
- Strong sales skills with experience in retail sales or upselling services/products.
- Familiarity with beauty industry software such as MINDBODY or Millennium is a plus.
- Knowledge of related beauty services including dermabrasion, tattooing, or nail care is advantageous.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with clients and team members.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.

Pay: $23.82 - $27.98 per hour
