Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Physician Assistant (PA-C) or Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) to join our team full-time in a family medicine setting. The ideal candidate is passionate about patient-centered care, confident in independent decision-making, and skilled in building lasting relationships with patients of all ages.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive primary care for pediatric, adult, and geriatric patients
- Conduct wellness visits, chronic disease management, acute care visits, and physicals
- Review and interpret diagnostic tests and lab results
- Document encounters and treatment plans using EPIC EMR
- Collaborate with supervising physician and clinical staff as needed
- Educate patients on treatment plans, preventative care, and healthy lifestyle choices
- Maintain accurate and timely medical documentation in compliance with regulatory guidelines
Qualifications
- Current Michigan licensure as a Physician Assistant (PA-C) or Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP)
- National board certification (NCCPA, AANP, or ANCC)
- Minimum of 1–2 years of Primary Care or Family Medicine experience preferred
- Comfortable seeing patients independently
- Strong bedside manner and patient communication skills
- Experience using EPIC EMR preferred
