Responsibilities:- Ensure clients receive a revolutionary experience that exceeds expectations.
- Manage the entire listing and transaction process from start to finish, ensuring everything runs smoothly.
- Develop long-term relationships with clients, ensuring they become loyal advocates for the business.
- Handle client communications throughout the transaction, ensuring they feel informed, valued, and supported.
- Coordinate all aspects of the listing process, including pre-listing preparation, market activity, marketing, inspections, and escrow.
- Develop and execute marketing initiatives, including online and print materials, social media content, and promotional efforts.
- Create and manage client events that foster relationships and generate future business.
- Coordinate open houses, showings, inspections, and property profiles, ensuring a smooth and professional process.
- Assist with running errand
- Assist agents in achieving business goals and growth by providing operational and administrative support.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities and tasks simultaneously.
- Strong interpersonal skills and time management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience with marketing and social media and events.
- 3 years of experience in as an administrative assistant, client services, or operations management, preferably in a real estate environment.
- Prior experience in real estate is a bonus
- Proficient with IOS/Mac operating systems
