Onyx Storm Roofing – Door-to-Door Sales Role

At Onyx Storm Roofing, our door-to-door sales professionals are the driving force behind our rapid expansion. In this role, you will engage directly with potential clients, cultivate relationships with key decision-makers, and represent our brand with passion and expertise.

Key Responsibilities:

• Client Prospecting: Engage in door-to-door outreach by targeting and connecting with potential clients while building lasting relationships with decision-makers.
• Market Research: Stay informed on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities within the roofing market through thorough research.
• Collaborative Solutions: Work closely with our technical team to offer tailored roofing solutions that meet each client’s specific needs.
• Sales Presentations: Develop and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals that clearly communicate the unique value and benefits of our roofing services.
• Project Management: Oversee multiple projects concurrently, ensuring timely completion, maintaining high-quality standards, and managing budget requirements.
• Cross-Functional Coordination: Collaborate with operations, estimating, and customer service teams to ensure smooth project execution and exceptional customer satisfaction.
• Relationship Building: Establish and nurture strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and industry stakeholders to enhance brand awareness and drive repeat business.

Qualifications:

sales experience within the roofing industry, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.

• In-depth knowledge of roofing systems, materials, and installation methods.
• Excellent project management abilities and the capacity to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and passionate about business growth.
• Skilled at building and maintaining relationships with clients and key stakeholders.
• Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools.
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel as required.

$50,000-$250,000
