Key Job Accountabilities for HR Benefits and Leave Administrator :

  • Day to day benefits administration for the US, Canada, Mexico and Costa Rica health, dental, vision, life, disability, STD, LTD, EAP, FSA, HSA, and other benefits as assigned.
  • Schedule and conduct all monthly new hire benefits orientations and assist employees with benefit related questions.
  • Administration of all North America Group leaves of absence, including OCU. Includes communication, tracking, disability claim filing, coordination of payment with payroll, and compliance.
  • Day to day administration of the US and Canadian retirement plans including enrollment processing, termination notifications, assisting with questions, processing changes, and employee education.
  • Qualifications for HR Benefits and Leave Administrator :

  • 2 years’ experience employee benefits oversight, administration, and education
  • 2 years’ experience administering employee leaves of absence
  • Basic knowledge of OSHA compliance, ergonomic compliance, and workers compensation
  • Professional written and verbal communication skills
